Service Overview:

IP Solutions provide merchants a fully compliant Level1 Hosted Payment and Tokenisation Facility with a
customised, rapidly-deployed, secure and scalable e-commerce solution for accepting credit card payments for
bills, rates or invoices. The Facility hosts merchant branded payment pages which are linked to the merchant’s
web site. Tokenisation allows the replacement of a credit card number with a unique reference number, so
information held in a system cannot be compromised. Tokens can be created en masse or in real time to
ensure data is compliant.

IP Solutions utilise a next generation Intel Dialogic and Microsoft .Net payment platform, this platform
consists of a unique Payment Relationship Manager (PRM) and Dynamic Transaction Switch (DTS) with
modular payment interfaces (Internet & IVR channels with web services interfaces) and strategic multi bank
connectivity. To top it all off we are direct debit and credit card specialists who make protecting cardholder
and client data a top priority.

Tokens are based on format preserving tokenisation and not format preserving encryption. This hosted
solution reduces many of the onerous components associated with key management.
